Application Process

We accept applicants who have completed an ACGME accredited residency in pediatrics, family medicine, internal medicine, neurology, psychiatry, otolaryngology or anesthesia.  We accept applications through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) and participate in the Sleep Medicine Fellowship Match through the National Residency Matching Program (NRMP).

Interested applicants must provide:

• ERAS application
• A personal statement (indicating your interest in sleep medicine)
• USMLE scores and/or COMLEX Scores
• Three letters of recommendation, at least one from a faculty member from the applicant’s primary residency program.
